L'Barouf Bar & Le Steak Frites St-Paul

Montréal, Québec

The Plateau Mont-Royal’s L’Barouf bar has become a venue for soccer fans to watch matches on its big screen TVs in this trendy neighborhood. Needing to replace a prior structure that had burned down, the owners mandated that it be rebuilt using heavy timber making it the first commercial structure in Montreal to be built with engineered wood from the forests of northern Quebec.
