Located in New Hampshire, near Portsmouth’s International airport, 90 Arboretum Drive is a three-storey office building with an eye-catching fully glazed corner facade. From the outside, translucent curtain walls showcase the beautiful exposed wood structure consisting of posts and beams supporting cross-laminated timber slabs. The same wood structure also provides the building with lateral resistance. To accommodate the mechanical conduits and provide flexibility to the various tenants, a rhythmic pattern of openings was cut in the glulam beams. With its precise engineering and elegant architecture, 90 Arboretum Drive is destined to appeal to both occupants and onlookers alike.
