Kraft pulp
Nordic Kraft manufactures and distributes kraft pulp, primarily serving the tissue and sustainable packaging markets. Its mill plays a key role in maximizing the value of forest by-products and supports an integrated, circular wood value chain.
Nordic kraft pulp is produced from black spruce sourced from the boreal forest of Northern Québec, renowned for the length and strength of its fibers, delivering excellent mechanical and surface performance.
Nordic kraft pulp is a key input for bio-based, recyclable, and in many cases compostable products, meeting the high standards of the tissue and food packaging markets.
Located in Lebel-sur-Quévillon, the Nordic Kraft mill valorizes sawmill co-products, notably chips and bark, contributing to the circularity of the forest sector and the stability of supply.
Partly powered by forest biomass, the mill generates renewable energy and follows an industrial approach focused on reducing its carbon footprint, supporting the transition toward lower-impact materials.
