Kraft pulp

Nordic Kraft

Nordic Kraft pulp is a high-quality NBSK pulp intended primarily for the tissue paper and sustainable food packaging markets. Produced mainly from black spruce sourced from the northern Québec boreal forest, it stands out for the strength and softness of its fibres, recognized in international markets.

Renowned boreal fibre

Black spruce endows Nordic Kraft pulp with long, strong, and uniform fibers, delivering excellent mechanical and surface properties that are highly suited for tissue and food-contact packaging applications.

Industry key player

Located in Lebel-sur-Quévillon, the Nordic Kraft mill upcycles sawing co-products—chips and bark—and plays a key role in optimizing the circular economy of the Québec softwood lumber industry.

Food-grade quality

Thanks to its high-quality cellulose, our NBSK pulp is the premium choice for manufacturing food-grade paper and board. It is also ideal for specialized baking and hot filtration papers, ensuring total compliance for direct contact with dry, moist, and fatty foods.

FSC® Certification

Our kraft pulp is available with FSC certification, guaranteeing rigorous traceability and sourcing from responsibly managed forest lands.
