1. Scope

Les Chantiers de Chibougamau Ltd. and all of its subsidiaries and business units (hereinafter "Chantiers Chibougamau") recognize the importance of protecting the personal information collected and processed in the course of its activities, just as it is a priority to ensure that the company's operations comply with applicable laws.

This includes personal information collected when users visit its websites (hereinafter the "Sites," including those of its subsidiaries and business units, such as those associated with its product brand, "Nordic") or use its online services.

This Privacy Notice (hereinafter the "Notice") describes the personal information protection practices that Chantiers Chibougamau undertakes to apply in the course of its activities to ensure the protection of the personal information it holds.

Chantiers Chibougamau commits to responding to such requests within thirty (30) days of receipt.

If Chantiers Chibougamau implements a decision-making process based exclusively on automated processing (without human intervention) of personal information (for example, a process that produces a specific effect on an individual based solely on an algorithm) you will be informed of your inclusion, of the resulting decision, and of your right to submit observations regarding that decision. Upon request, you may also obtain information concerning:

• The reasons leading to the decision;
• Your right to request correction of the personal information used;
• The availability of a person authorized to review the decision, where applicable.
