The 7-storey 11 East Lenox project located in Boston, Massachusetts, houses 34 dwelling units. Passive House (Passivhaus) certified and totaling 43,000 sq.ft, this project is a reference for low-embodied carbon multifamily projects in urban areas. The mass timber structure was erected quickly around a prefabricated steel hybrid core. Double glulam beams are visible inside the apartments.
