Centennial College - A Block Expansion

Scarborough, Ontario

Located in Scarborough, Centennial College A-Block six-storey expansion hosts School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science programs. With high sustainability goals, the building targets LEED and Net Zero Certifications. Epitomizing Indigenous Two-Eyed Seeing, the project is at the crossroads of two cultures, as it was jointly designed by Indigenous and non-Indigenous architects. The mass timber structure is exposed throughout the 150,000-square-foot building, providing an enriching learning experience and biophilic spaces for students.
