Esplanade Tranquille

Montreal
Quebec

Over 120 meter long, the Esplanade Tranquille building encompasses a four-season urban place dedicated to terraces and exterior shows in summer and ice skating in winter, a restaurant and lounge spaces as well as multifunctional rooms. Part of a major redevelopment of downtown Montreal, this project is the final addition to the vibrant Quartier des spectacles. Designed for citizens to enjoy, it features a fully-glazed facade and an exposed mass timber structure bringing warmth and character to lounge spaces.
