Comprising 92,000 square feet of office and 9,200 square feet of residential spaces, it showcases wood at its best and will inspire creativity, attract talent, promote productivity and honor the unique spirit of Austin’s Eastside neighborhood. A total of 331 columns, 455 beams and 493 CLT panels form the mass timber structure.
